930 NoMo is a 151-unit, 426-bed, Class A student housing development on the Charleston Peninsula. with views of both the Cooper River as well as the iconic Cooper River Bridge.  Conveniently situated within the vibrant and eclectic North Morrison corridor, 930 NoMo is located at the foot of the popular North of Morrison District.  Locals refer to “NoMo” as the “Creative Corridor” or “Art District” and many say it’s becoming one of the hippest, most pivotal places within the Charleston metro area in which to live, work and play.

It’s peppered with a variety of popular local restaurants, bars and breweries, including Butcher & Bee, Tattooed Moose, Santi’s, Martha Lou’s Kitchen and Royal American. In 2017, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd of Singapore paid about $1.6 billion to acquire 930 NoMo and seven other developments (a combined total of 3,751 beds) near college campuses in the U.S. and Canada.
