The Blake is a Class A, 270-bed, purpose-built student housing development with top of the line amenities located in the historic district of Savannah, GA. The development caters to the students of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). The Blake is a 10-minute walk from SCAD’s main campus. The apartments offer spacious, well-planned interiors and convenient living to the college’s approximately 11,000 students. Residents may choose from one- to five-bedroom apartments offering a range of amenities.

These thoughtful conveniences include a clubhouse with reception lobby, studio space, a fitness center, rooftop lounge and two courtyards featuring a resort-style swimming pool. WiFi is available throughout the property and study lounges are provided on each floor. The community also includes underground parking, first-floor retail space, a cycle center and bike storage. In 2018, Hopkins Holding purchased the community for $19.3 million, with Capital One providing Fannie Mae acquisition financing to the firm.
