Samuel joined the Kaplan team in 2004. His first project was the construction of a synagogue in New Jersey. In 2008, he became a Certified General Contractor and Home Inspector. This allowed Samuel to become involved in the construction of custom single-family homes, renovations and Chinese drywall restoration projects.
In 2011, Samuel was placed in charge of another synagogue construction project in Aventura, FL. Plus he was actively involved in Kaplan’s projects in Atlanta, Charleston and Charlotte, including Park Row, Cosmopolitan, 930Nomo, Square One, and Overton Row.
